Prepare for the World's Biggest Lesson on 23 April

The high point of Global Action Week (21-27 April 2008) will be the World's Biggest Lesson on 23 April. Save the date and join millions of other learners in this world record attempt. The theme of both the lesson and Global Action Week is “Quality Education to End Exclusion”. 

UNESCO is encouraging its stakeholders to join millions of other learners all over the world on 23 April in taking the same lesson at the same time. Schools, universities and other groups will be taking part, as will a number of political leaders.

Actors at all levels of education are urged to sign up and take part in order to promote Education for All worldwide. The lesson plan can be downloaded on the website of UNESCO partner, the Global Campaign for Education (GCE), organizer of the Global Action Week.
