Sudan Premiere league 2009

The Sudan Premier league, which is officially sponsored by the giant telecom firm Sudani, will kick start on Wednesday 18^th February 2009 allover the country with the three different matches.

Thirteen teams are participating in the tournament and will fight for the trophy in two phases each phase consist of 13 weeks of hard work and travel throughout the Sudan.

Phase 1 will start on 18/02/2009 and last till 16/05/2009; three matches will be played at different venues to inaugurate the league as follows, Alkhartoum vs Alneel at Khartoum Stadium and Al-Merghani (Kasssala) vs Al-Maurada at Kasssala Stadium and finally Al-Hilal (Port Sudan) vs Al-Hilal (Kadugli) at Port Sudan Stadium.
