SUNA - The Interim Arab Parliament has reiterated its absolute rejection to the allegations of the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) against the President of the Republic Field Marshal Omer Al-Bashir, calling on the Arab and Islamic countries in the United Nations to call on Security Council to cancel the ICC memo against the President of the Republic.

The Arab parliamentarians in their concluding sitting, which was held at the premises of the Arab League in Cairo Monday, expressed their full support to Sudan in the face of the plots targeting the political democratic reform process in the country, calling on all Sudanese national forces to back up the efforts being exerted by Sudan government to realize national reconciliation between all the tribes in Darfur.

The Interim Arab Parliament also urged the Arab League, African Union and the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) to exert more efforts to implement Darfur peace agreement toward reaching peace in Darfur, and to support the UNAMID force and to provide it with the required facilities so as to carry out its mission in Darfur.
