President Al-Bashir lauds stances of Arab Teachers Federation towards Sudan

SUNA - President of the Republic Field Marshal Omer Al-Bashir has hailed support by Arab Teachers Federation to Sudan. Receiving a delegation of the Arab Teachers Federation's General Secretariat at the Republican Palace Wednesday, President Al-Bashir expressed Sudan's appreciation over the Federation's solidarity with Sudan in the face of the International Criminal Court's (ICC) allegations.

The ICC has become a tool in the hand of the West to pass their plot targeting the nation and its identity, said Secretary General of the Union Faraj Abdullah in a statement to SUNA following the meeting. The Federation along with other Arab organizations will counter any sort of intellectual and cultural invasion, he said. Abdullah has urged Arab media to place more concern with Arab issues and unveil hostile plots tending disintegrate the nation and exploit their resources.
